Optifast

Optifast is a scientifically developed VLCD (very low calorie diet) that has been proven to reduce the size of fatty liver by MRI scans. When used prior to weight loss surgery, this greatly improves access to the top of the stomach and in doing so makes your surgery safer and more accurate.
